While delivering a lecture to the media aspirants of the “Professional Diploma in News Anchoring” at UET Lahore, the main purpose of the lecture was to convey the students that what basically News is and what are the essential elements that made a news? I asked the students just know their perspectives that what actually they think about it, I quoted some examples just to make it more clear for the students. The aspirants participated so well and gave their point of views that what actually they think about news and its elements.
I also guided the aspirants that what are the types of news, initially I asked the students what actually they think about the types of news and then I told them that they are thinking way different from the reality and then I guided them about the types of news by quoting different examples so that it would be easily understandable for the aspirants, the students also participated by asking different questions and I tried to answer all just to make it more clear to the students, I concluded the session with the Q/A session and I felt so good
